Talking Saggy Bags...

Papa Bags looks like the winner... I looked at the Saggy Bag system but living in the heat and humidity down here I was worried about gluing anything to leather..figured it just wont work. Thanks for all the replies guys! and yes, a quick dip in a cold lake will take care of it too.

Just put the saggy bags kit in my 06 Heritage. The install was pretty easy, except the lids didn't turn out as flat as I expected. The bags do look a LOT better though. Good product.

I've got the Papa Bags on my Heritage also. Adds support to the lids, but still retains the natural "hang" of the bags.

I used the Harley kit, lid stiffener, metal frame for the top, worked very well. Also fitted the Harley lock kit at the same time.

I put the Got Saggy Bags system in my Heritage and thought it was super easy. I did it when my bike was new, I bet it would be tougher with bags that are already saggy.

From what I've seen around the HD dealership and on rides, I am going to send mine off to Boss Bags. My wife gave me the Boss Bags Heritage Stiffener Kit, extended straps, and locks for Christmas (bag stiffener...wonder if there's something "Freudian" in her gift...). I'm not mechanically inclined at all, so it's better I let someone who is expert and practiced do it. Not saying the others are not good, i.e., SaggyBags, PapaBags, etc., or even the HD kit, just that I am not a candidate to "do it myself."

Everyone be safe on New Year's Eve!
