I'm curious about these guys as well. They have some bags that I really like. I was pretty close to placing an order, but if you google them you'll find a few really negative reviews. I'd like to hear about some positive experiences before I make a purchase.

i bought swing arm bag from them. be careful. took 3 weeks. dimensions were not exact. customer service was HORRIBLE. would never buy from them again. price was good, bag is good quality but its a gamble. pay a little more, get it when you expect, and have customer service, cheers

My old bike has bolt-on's from them as well. As was said above, the bags are nice, but that's about it. The mounting "kit" consisted of some poorly made metal bars and some too-short bolts that didn't work for the bike. These bags took me two weeks to mount properly using parts I got from other stores.
