Default Lowering bolts installed.

I don't have the money yet to put a shotgun on the sled, so I decided to do some lowering bolts in the meantime.

Feels a lot better lowered and I haven't noticed any difference in the ride or comfort. My bike also has ABS and there's no problems - just thought I let people know that have been confused about it before.

Pics attached showing before and after.

Good luck with it. It's not a hard job, but it's tricky because there isn't a lot of room to work on it.

Did you buy the kit off Ebay or from somewhere else? Instructions with it? I'm just not sure how to install but I haven't really looked around yet either.

Did you need a press to do the job? Been wanting to this too?

Yep, just the $16 bolts off eBay.

I used a press, but you can easily make your own with a jack and something to sandwich it to. There was a thread recently showing a couple of creative methods...

Anyone know if this is possible to do without a press besides using a jack and ingenuity?
