OK I have got the kickstand worked out... I figured out how to position my boot just so to get the kickstand down... it is doable just a PITA. But better than putting it down with my hand.
Yeah I like the bike without the bags too sometimes... the wheels look so nice. Went for my first ride of the season tonight, alone after work to unwind... lots of people coming up to me loving the bike. It's all good.
