I know this is an older thread but I still love it. To be honest out of all the concerns I have had with regard to putting these 39's on none of them bother me... except .... Some drunk walks out of the bar and starts walking around the bike checking it out and he trips over my cholo's. Down goes the bike. I wish I had a way to carry around one of those big orange road construction cones. I would set it between my pipes in the back to keep those from tripping over them. I think my bike will be the 1st Vicla here in this area and I am anxious to pull up on it at a local watering hole. I think it's going to be a fun summer. My bike gets done, I mend and heal and hopefully it's perfect timing and were both ready to go for a lil ride. I have seen some sweet damn bikes here and it would be fun as hell if a good bunch of us could meet up and ride. Have a nice long line of freaked out sick custom bikes rolling on by.
why is there always one guy who has to say he doesnt like something about a post? Does it make him feel better somehow? Every day I see things here that I wouldnt do to my bike, and Im sure that there arent many here that would do to their bikes what ive done to mine, but I dont feel that there is a need to tell someone that I dont like their bike, or what they did looks stupid, or is not my cup of tea. If its not your cup of tea, how about clicking to another thread? Nobody cares if its not your cup of tea. We all here drink our tea with varying amounts of sugar. I bet some of them guys across the pond even put milk in their tea, which I dont get, but hey at least its not my cup of tea. Guess my work is done here.
I love this reply...I absolutely totally agree with this...thanks for posting this and I hope others see it and maybe some will follow. Lets just enjoy our bikes and ride.

The pipes are low enough to the ground, I think it'd be damn near impossible to knock your bike over.
I thought about getting one of those skinny construction cones to set up behind my bike while I'm at work. More for a joke, but it might save the ladies from scarring up their ankles...
I have seen far worse, bad, dumb and other ignorant things from a drunk walking out of a bar at night and tripping over those pipes. Hell, I'v poured out of a bar a time or two in my day and done worse than that myself! In all seriousness, I think these pipes make a bike look very sweet, I can't wait to see them on mine and then to hear them too. It's like I said earlier, it's going to be a fun summer. I been through the **** here. I just wanna ride.
Love it! Wish I could get away with running them but I would have to move. The damn intersections in my neighborhood have dips so bad I had to put in adjustable air suspension just so I can air up and not drag the pipes I have going in and out...
Well Mark H, what better reason or "excuse" to get these pipes then! You said it yourself, if you had these on you would have to put air ride on your bike because of the dips in the intersections. Throw a set a cholo's on then you have to put air ride on it. That sounds like a win/win to me! It's a perfect cover story to get the Shotgun!
