Default BACKREST; Yep, I Caved...

I'm riding an '06 Night Train with a 200 chromed Deuce rear-end. It's been lowered 2" with a custom chromed front end with dual brake disks. I ride on a custom C & C 2-up; renewed interest from my wife finds me needing to look for a back rest that will alter the look. Harley wants to alter the rear directional signals to fit the quick-release. Any other alternatives without swapping out my wedge-type signals to the simple straight bars? Is there another quick release backrest /rack alternative that will maintain functionality and look???

You can just cut off a short piece of the sidemount latch and it will clear the light. I did it with mine the harley one are bogus. I think if you seach thru the cheap mods thread you will find it there on how to do it

I'm thinking of just notching a cut to clear the quick release; you're right, the HD signal replacements suck
