Default Where can I get....
....the rear most fender strut bolt (it's a torx) in chrome? It's on a '09 FLSTC. I got the HD chrome fender strut bolt kit but it doesn't include this one.

Some better equipped Ace hardware stores have supplies of chrome bolts, including the freaking, mother#$%^&, Torx. The ones I've bought seem to be of pretty good quality.
