I have this one from Hi Tech LED products.
It's a radius axle mount with a LED strip that doubles as a running light. You can also buy a radius LED strip for the other side and they can double as brake lights and turn signals.

The rear setup is a Custom Valley 240 kit and a Wernimont rear fender. It's a 16" wheel with a Metzeler 240. The bike is a 2000 FatBoy and the modifications were done in 2002. A 240 may be small by today's standards but it was HUGE 10 years ago, haha!
Other stuff includes a stretched tank, Goldammer front end, 120" Zipper's kit, and various other modifications.
