You do not need to buy new lights, when I checked about it the part was under $20 bucks the reason I have not done it is ....with the swingarm bag on the oem plate mount is not so out of place and has grown on me, although yours also looks good.

looks great man, I love that bike, I just think that is the bike they should of thrown a 240 rear tire on, I just dont like the skinny tire but then they wouldnt be able to call it a slim lol maybe they could of called it the soft tail chubby
thanks for the write you did on the lowering kit. I had to use it to figure out what I did wrong the first time. It does ride a little harder now but not real bad.
