vn bike also harleygold, that set up you got going on in the back , id like all that except id like to keep my swingarm black to go with the forks on my bike, would make a nice balance i think, in future id like black spokes as well with chrome hub and rim still , maybe fat black spokes , would look sweet as well, but with the new daughter and house wallet is like a fridge at jenny craig center
Here's a shot ofmy chrome belts covers and pulley with the black swing-arm. I liked that look too, but I recently installed a chrome swing-arm and a solid rear wheel. The skull fire one from HD. As soon as I get some decent weather here I will post some photos.

Thanks! Your ideas will really make the bike stand out! Oh and Fat black spokes with the outer rim chrome would be sweet!
LOL! Great comeback with the Jenny Craig Center! Nice...someday you'll be the guy with the fat wallet that cant sit down...hehe.
Hogtie, how much did you lower that beauty? My bike has been lowered at least an inch. My signiture bike is an old picture. I need to update. I bought the Works performance shocks and had the bike lower'd an inch. I can lower it even more if I wanted. Does your ride seem "rigid" after lowering it?
I didn't measure it (should have) but that setup didn't last long anyway.I usedtheProgressive kit. The rear part of the frame was scraping on turns before the floorboards were! I raised it up a few turns. Once again, didn't measure. I'm going for aesthetics so I lower/raise then look at it. As far as the ride, I had the preload adjusted all the way so it was pretty stiff but not quite riged. I adjusted that out some too. I will play with it till i get the combo of look, function, and comfort. Hopefully soon I will get it set it right and post some new pics.
