Default FXST to FLST CONVERSION

I want to put a "heritage" (FL) front end on my 07 FXST
There is a set of FL Heritage trees on eBay that says fit 2009 -2011
Will these fit on my 07 FXST
and .. what year did they go from 39mm to 41mm
... What year did the stem/neck size change

Remember .. my FX has internal fork LOCKS

Should bolt right up. Switched to 41mm back in the 80's except sportys. Neck bearings are all 1". Pit one from the early 90's on my 03 &the fork lock works.
