Default softail chrome wind deflectors

i.ve been going back and forth on whether i wanted(needed) these, well i scored a set on cl, after reading the tips on installation for a deluxe it was only a 15 minute job, so when the sun broke today i hit the road for a quick test run, ran it up to 60 and i will tell you this, these things work, the visor on my half helmet used to rattle like a pea in a boxcar, after these were on there wasn't a rattle to be found, after reading about the mixed results on these all i can say is they work for me. i can live with the looks and if i get tired of the chrome look i"ll plasti dip them black

are they the HD ones. I am thinking of mocking something to see if they work before I take the plunge.

I've been tempted to try them myself but I'm afraid they might actually make a big difference. And then not only would I have to keep the darn ugly things on my bike, I'd have to buy the wife a set for her bike too

They work well for highway riding. I don't use them in the summer because I need all the air I can get but in the winter they are definitely nice to have.
