Freshened Up!
Had to tear motor down to install time sert for head stud. Also installed brand new S&S jug kit with pistons, rings, and gaskets. While at it I rebuilt the S&S heads, cut the valves, and seats and new seals. Also decked the heads .005" and got an even 87.5cc on both after cc'n them both.
With the addition of the new Super E and manifold she should gain HP and torque! The old saying "bigger is better" is not the case here.
Will finish break in today and hopefully have a trouble free season ahead!
Oh yeah, I chipped the right hand tank while re-installing. So I sanded it down and decided since I had the paint already I shot it rattle can with Plasti Dip. It came out so nice I did my dash too!
