Had a diamond plate seat on my bike for years, the ol used to ride fender because she hated the badlander that much. Got a c&c solo with passenger pillion, and she loves it, she's 5'7" 135lbs . You can check my album and see it. Or if I don't have a pic of em both I can email you some pics. When she's not riding I just pull it off. Love it and she can ride all day w no problems.

I picked up a Mustang wide vintage solo w/ backrest used in great shape and then bought the wide pillion that matches for my OL. I got a great deal on the set. I am very happy with both although the Mustang pushes me forward a little more than I would like. As for the OL, she is in love with the pillion but the whole setup definitely changes the look of the bike. Sometimes it has to be about comfort tho and I still have a danny gray solo and my stock seat and pillion so I have options. I think the best way to go is having a solo seat and a long haul seat but that's just me. I have never heard any complaints out of Mustangs other than they push you forward too far but that may depend on the seat style.

I have a Drag Specialties Predator 2-Up Seat. Very comfortable and my wife loves it. Pics below:

Stock 07 fxstc king/queen seat I can ride all day solo and it's even more comfy with the ol on the back nice soft DD backrest lol
She has no complaints about the her "rear" feel but does mention from time to time how she wishes the sissy bar and pad were a few inches higher up on her back.

My c&c is my favorite hands down! But nothing like a mustang on a long ride. If ur riding 2up and go with c&c get the sport tour seat the square back is more for one up

I normally ride 2up 98% of the time. So I'm not sure how much interest I will have in the 2 pieces saddles but Dirty that setup you have does look great. I went last night to the local bike shop (M&M Leather) and checked out a few seats but still not much closer on my decision.

How do you like the sport tour? Any complaints from the back seat on distance rides? I really like the C&C solo with passenger but the sport tour also seems to fit all my needs.

I never had to sit on it, but the wife likes it alot better than the Badlander. She said it's not as comfortable as the Mustang on my other bike though. I don't have the gel in mine but C&C can also install gel pads.

Had a Sport Tour. Better for passenger then stock. Sundowner better then both. C&C solo and Sundowner is an excellent combination and what I ended up with.
