Default Questions about Samson S-443 true duals

Getting ready to pull the trigger on a set of these S-443 true duals but would like to hear any pros or cons from those who are running these. Any issues with ground clearance? More back pressure (and heat) on left side from the extreme bend exiting the head? Does everything you need come in the kit with the exception of the crush gaskets? Are they loud or on the quiet side with the baffles they supply?

Would appreciate any info, thanks

Get the flange kit too and you'll have everything you need to include crush gaskets and a chrome flange half the thickness of the stock which will help with installation. The current upgrade to the duals they now have removable baffles is my understanding so you can try it either way. My non baffled I don't think are to loud but then again they are sounding off almost a foot beyond the fender.

Yes, the crossover is close and puts off heat but I don't think it's a big deal. Go for it, pull the trigger I don't think you'll be disappointed.

Thx for the info NC

I found out the baffles on the 443's are welded in (non removable/replacable) and have an approx 95 decible rating at an idle. Not sure if that's going to be loud enough tho as I was hoping to rattle up the neighborhood good

Any ground clearance issues with yours especially on the twisties?

Sounds like non baffled are it then! LOL Guess I had the cholos on the brain about the removable baffles and thought they'd have probaly upgraded the different duals.

I'm running the Shotgun so I don't have much of an issue with the 39" cholos. Only scrap once in a while when I'm not paying attention.
