Thanks I thought so.. However i put the touring set up back on, went for a ride an seen a little ding in the clear coat!! where the old dents were! sucks cause my painter did one hell of a job on it! even did Bar and shield logo to match tank, an true flames around it.. Can having the FXCWC seat with the FXCW touring setup have anything to do with it? Thanks again

Pictures would help.
Not sure of your setup using the stock FXCWC seat with the strut system for the FXCW.

I ran the FXCW seat on my FXCWC with no issues/bolts right up. It rides much better and is further down/back than the stock seat with the little jump seat under it...reasonable cost also. I'm switching to a danny gray seat now, but the fxcwc seat is a less expensive option and not bad. BUT, you may want to check ebay, "danny gray rocker seat". A bunch are on there and reasonable...plus you can get gel...don't miss the gel...my brother did and had to have it added...Rocker is a great bike/enjoy!

You guys ran the FXCW seat with the system as it was designed.
He seems to be trying to run both.

Seat should have nothing to do with the issue of the touring strut hitting the fender. Only thing I can think of is not having the proper bump stop? We really need some pics to go any further.
