am I right in that you are running the fxcwc seat (trick seat) and the touring strut setup? I could be wrong, but I believe the touring strut system requires either the fxcw seat or a Danny Grey can be made to work (my setup)
For one reason or another cant seem to upload these pictures!! I can send them to a email, if anybody still interested? I did buy the danny gray seat off ebay today..
Good call on the danny gray seat. You might want to check the rear shocks to see if they put in adjustable height shocks (like progressive). It might be lowered too much and you might be able to adjust it up to help. My progressive rear shocks are chrome vs the HD shiny finish?? and they have a label on them. You can also see on the end that you can adjust the height. Like one of the other folks said, they might have removed the rocker bump stop to lower it. They should have replaced it with the regular softail rear bump stop (4 bucks at the HD dealer). Let us know what you find. The Rocker is a sweet bike. Once you have got her the way you want and have ridden her for a couple thousand miles, you will become one!!! Ride safe.
Ps I used to go to Albeguergue on business alot and we used to go to a mexican rest. called (I think...) Sadies, which was located in a building with a bowling ally and the food and marguertas were AWESOME!! Probably not there anymore...The balloon festival...my boss used to look at me (but never said a word...LOL) when I scheduled a few "business" trips that happened to coincide with the festival. Awesome sight.
