Hi my nAme is Bokkas and live in South Africa I own a 09 Rocker and want to change the rear end ro n single seat that runs flat with the rear fender ! I need help on doing this ! Can anny one help pls
As others said, we might more info to help.
But on my 08 rocker, I put a danny gray seat on WITH SADDLE GEL and progressive shocks in back.
The seat lowers you two inches and pushes you back two inches.
The shocks, I lowered by 1.5 inches in the back.
With this combo, the back of the seat sits just off the fender, enough to slip a piece of paper between.
NOTE - The seat comes with a clear piece of plastic to put on the fender to protect it from the seat. becomes invisible when applied, easy, follow instructions.
I did the above on mine and there is no gap between the seat and fender and it rides great!!!
Ps change your front springs when you get a chance...the progressive front kit is only 90 bucks and makes a HUGE positive difference in ride and handling...1 hour to install...
Good luck and let us know how you make out.
This is my seat made by "Bitchin Seat Company" it's sits tight to fender & flexes with the movement of the fender. Very good quality but not cheap. I had a Danny Grey previously & prefer my current seat hands down.
