Default Sealed vs Timken bearings?

I am about to buy wheels for my bike, and I am going to have specify either sealed or Timken bearings. What should I go with? Thanks!

I never thought about converting wheels from Timken bearings to sealed bearings. '99 down used Timken style bearings. I never liked them because I always thought it was a pain in the *** setting the preload and I don't like packing bearings. If you can get wheels with sealed bearings for '99 down models then that's the way I would go.
