Went to my first bike show yesterday. It was pretty cool. Mayb 70-80 bikes. And another 50 or so spectators. Some really nice old school Pan's, a nice 1950 won best antique, there was also a really nice Triump 750..There were 4 classes. Antique,Softail,Custom and Best in Show.
Well I am really proud to announce that my sled won Best in Show. I was pretty surprised to say the least. There were alot of quality bikes there. So here's the hardware.

CONGRATS !!!!! I'm not surprised, you just don't see that look around here. Bet there was not 1 bike that even looked similar to yours.
Thx pal. Your totally right, not one bike even close. I spent the better part of 3 hours answering questions about the bike. It was a good experience for sure. she got alot of love. Everyone was getting a woody when I fired her up, kicked a little air into the shocks and rolled out of there with her slammed. Including me, ha ha....

Makes it all well worth the effort, does it not? The money into it, the hours spent cleaning and waxing it! It's why I keep my sled in showroom condition. I can't see spending this kind of money and then not keeping it pristine. Your bike is sweet, its not suprising to me it won! Thats why we do what we do, cause we love it, we love riding and we love playing with them and modding them up. Its just the best fun ever!
Congratulations brother!! Out in the world, at least in many of our little parts of it, there aren't any like what we've put together. That's why I chuckle every time I read posts on here when fellow members say this or that is overdone or everyone has a 21" etc etc. Yes, that may be true here on the forum but outside of our little virtual world here, there aren't many, if any.
Kind of like Kozy's thread the other day, I'd bet my pink slip, in his area he too would do great in shows because there probably isn't another sled like it for miles.
Your sled is definitely worthy and is one of the finest even here in our virtual world. Right on brother, keep dragging the hardware to the house with that sweet *** sled!
Much to my suprise I agree!!! I see so many SoCal's on here but the other day I took my daughter riding and we ended up at a bar and there had to be 60, 70 bikes there. I was suprised at what I had seen. There was not 1 single SoCal there! I also put in another thread that I was also suprised at how many bikes I had seen without a fairing or windsheild on them. There was my bike and maybe 2 or 3 others that did not have anything on up front, made me wonder what I am missing??? I just don't like anything up front but I was just about alone there in that catagorey. This may have changed my mind back to what I wanted at 1st, a SoCal style bike!!! I guess time will tell. I still couldn't believe there was not a single SoCal there!!!

Ya to many of you have 21's to be a bad influence here:P But truth is we all copy off of great concepts/mods and a few try to mix and match to create our own look....myself guilty. I find myself always comparing and taking noted from these forums...if I relied off the real world, my bike could of been a HD catalog special. One thing I know, when work is done....it's going to sink in that I went overboard the second I roll into meets. But I always do give this community credit when asked...'Lot of good **** in HD forums...check it out'.
Just like Pooche's bomb!

Thx pal. I have yet to see another Vicla on the road around here. Ive seen some really nice baggers, but the only mods Ive seen on them are some custom wheels n paint. that's about it. This site is good for that. Has helped you and me out tremendously for sure. Always finding good ideas and helpful hints. Can't wait to hit the next one.
