Wow! Thats a lot of responses already. Now that I think about it there are a lot of good things about riding alone. I usually put my mp3 player on some good tunes and just roll. It's the only time I feel completely relaxed. And not having to accommodate others is nice.
Hey Bro, Just getting use to my new titanium alloy bling in my leg. I know what my next bike is (12' Blackline) and my list of mods has been checked twice.
I won't be walking for a few more months so I'll wait. Prices should drop toward the end of the season especially with the 2013's on the way.
Thx for asking my Man...

Yeah RUBs...the MoCo would be busted without em...lol
You know how it is...dont matter how much you ride or how long you been riding, if you got a good job and live in a decent joint then you must be a wannabe RUB eh?
Damn did we forget to hate on the Metric guys yet? lol
Riding with others requires patience and compromise.
More frequent "comfort" stops, some wanting to go faster, others wanting to go slower.
Overall, I prefer riding alone.
If I want to stop at an interesting looking place for whatever (lunch,a beer, bike shop, old car for sale) I can do it without having to worry if everyone else is OK with stopping.
Best plan for group riding is to have pre-planned locations where you can rendezvous for lunch, dinner, or hotels.
We do this in car groups and we all have radios as well as each others cell phone numbers.
