Mine was easy. Remove the factory baffles and install the BCT baffles per their instructions. You will have to drill a couple holes but the install is simple. Check out the BCT site.
Fiberglass. Like the stuff you fix a 'Vette with. Somebody in here knows how to do it. Put a couple wraps around the cheesegrater part of your baffle. The only thing is I'm not sure how to anchor the loose end. Prolly find it on Google.
I installed the bct monster baffled in my v&h big radius 2-2 and they now have a great sound. If you're not looking for loud, they may be a little too much for you. I was even a little surprised how loud they were at first, but I really am happy with it and its a nice deep loud growl when you get on it but isn't too bad at cruising speed. But, personally I like loud pipes. I took off a set of hooker long shots with no baffled and installed the v&h and I have to say, I think the new pipes with the monster baffled are louder.
