Just how are worn pads going to give the feeling that the rotors are warped?

Use a "Dial Test Indicator" to check for rotor run out.

+1 on the indicator you can pick up a Pittsburg dial indicator and a magnetic base at harbor freight pretty cheap, off Craigslist you could prob pick up a quality sterrett indicator cheap
Checking rotor run out is pretty easy with the right tools

That's something that only you can decide IMHO I can't feel how bad it's pulsing, and I can't feel how well it's still braking, and most of all I can't feel how nervous it's making you feel at the helm

Well since it isn't very bad I'm going ahead to Laconia and will have it checked out/replaced when I replace the scored back rotor.

Anyone heading to Laconia, come say hi. I'll be in the bike show at the Lobster Pount on Wednesday (in the rain), at the Train Station bike show on Thursday, and at the Opechee Park bike show on Friday.

You are not in danger as long as the bike stills tops fine. It is more of an annoyance having warped rotors. Enjoy Laconia.

If you only feel it when braking, and there is no sound of metal to metal scraping, high pitch squeeling, just a feel of wobble then you should be fine to fix later. Just use your rear brake more often. Be safe and have a good time.
