Default Changing grips

Bought some new grips but they seem to be a little longer than stock..bout an inch. Do you leave that hanging off or move controls back( if thats even possible. Any help?

did you take off the controls? if they are for harley, when you take the controls off you will see they have a groove and go under the control holding it in place. hope this makes sense. others will reply! good luck

Well, i just figured it out and it was easy. Changed the grips, mirrors, and levers. **the right side mirror adapter did not work on my 08 xbones. Holes didnt line up. Had to turn it upside down which doesnt look great...but looks ok.
