Been discussed many times, but I'll answer anyways, if its just a wipe over I'll use pledge, if its a full on clean then I use Harley chrome polish, its really very good.
For the paint work I use 'Mer', the chrome I use 'Meguiars nxt' & for the engine black 'S100 engine brightener'. I find they all work well but mainly there all easy to work with!
For the aluminum I use this stuff. It's a diamond compound used to polish stainless steel molds for making plastic parts. It cost about $50 for a little tube. By far the best stuff I have ever come across. I use it on my guns too.
Flitz is also a great product.
I don't polish chrome though. Over time you'll wear through the chrome. For that I just use a micro fiber cloth and windex. Only polish to fix a scratch.
Mothers products are hard to beat. Turtle Black Box will wake up black if you follow directions. Good quality miracle fiber cloths help. No t shirt or paper towell on paint. 100% cotton, no blend. Put a flame to a thread and cotton will flame and blends will melt. Blends will scratch. I think some miracle fiber cloths are blend but seem to work.
