Cheers mate, Yup, she's all mine

It rides great with the 21 up front, having the shotgun shock on the rear sure does add to the whole feel of the bike though

Time for new tires.... Off with the bags and it needed a real good cleaning...

Girlfriend did the cleaning.... Convinced her it was a Viking stove....

SKT that's a beautiful looking bike. That color certainly sets it apart.

Got a new pic on my ride in. This was less than an hour ago:

Quick question. Does anyone know if the 08 XBones solo spring seat kit will fit on my 05 Softy? I've been look around for one that looks as clean as the XBones but can't seem to find one for mine. Also I would prefer hinge springs.

I have a 2008 Crossbones that is getting a radical makeover. When I bought it I made some cosmetic changes to accentuate the old school look of the bike. The intent was to ride it for 4 0r 5 years and then make some big changes instead of buying a new bike.

Well the time has come. The project:

Handlbars

1. PM hand controls, PM Apex contrast cut grips
2. Carlini Evil Apes
3. Badlands signal mirrors

Sheet metal

1. Remove front fender
2. Heartland 200 Bobber Rear Fender Kit.
3. Custom paint w/gold leaf and pinstriping by O's Custom Paints

Wheels

1.18 in. Ride Wright 60 spoke in rear, 21 in. for the front.
2. Gloss black powder coated hubs, gloss black rim, chrome spokes and nipples.

Foot controls

1. Harley Forward controls
2. PM Apex contrast cut footpegs
3. Harley billet contrast cut brake and shifter lever.
4. PM contrast cut rear brake reservoir

Engine trim

1. Harley chrome trim kit (primary cover, derby, cam cover, transmission cover, tappet block). I hate polished aluminum! What a bitch to keep polished!

2. PM Max HP contrast cut air cleaner

3. Chrome engine bolt kit

Lighting

1. Badlands LED signal mirrors

2. Lazer Star LED micro bullets

3. Badlands Illuminator run, brake, and turn control module

Miscellaneous

1. Heartland folding side mount license plate bracket

2. PM Apex contrast cut fuel cap, LED fuel gauge cap

3. RSD headlight relocation kit

The bike goes onto the lift today. Sheet metal should be in the mail with a few days. Paint takes about 3 weeks. Pictures to follow!
