Did you use a stock fat boy fender? Did you have to patch the original tailight opening?
Thanks BC, at first I thought it looked to small on the wide fender also but after it was installed I was ok with it, I did have to retro fit the stock bulb socket to the beehive mounting bracket so that I could keep all wiring original. The rear fender is off of a 09 FB and yes I had to spot weld a patch for the opening. Not a hard thing to do yourself if you have a little abillity and a some time on your hands a few beers help the project go smoothly also.

I thought that I would post a couple of pictures of my old man's 97 heritage springer.

After riding more than 40 years he decided to go the trike route since he is in his mid 70s now.

One of the nicer trikes in my opinion.
