I have been looking for the last two days for Fatboy style fenders (both OEM and aftermarket) for my Crossbones. First of all, my stock fender (between the struts) measures 9.5" and I CANNOT find a supplier who sells 9.5" fenders. All that I can find is 9" fenders. Am I missing something? Secondly, out of the Fatboy fenders I have found, they are all cut out for the fatboy tail light assembly whereas I am looking for one that is smooth so that I can install a more vintage style rear light setup. Does anyone know of a supplier that sells a fender that will fit right to a crossbones, is similar to that of a crossbones, is smooth (requiring drilling holes for installment) or is smooth only where the tail light on the Fat boy would be? I see a lot of pictures but cannot find any leads. Its very frustrating. Posted is a picture I found online that has the fender I am looking for.
Klockwerks has some good choices, and I thought if it was a 200mm tire the strut mount points should be the same. Could be wrong but I doube every bike model with 200mm would be different.
This is a thread that I wrote up. Lots of info from other members who have made modifications to the stock fatboy fender for different light setups. The picture you posted is of a Bones using a Fatboy rear fender that has had the light hole filled in.
