Default 06 FXSTB question

Calling all FXSTB or Softail experts here:
Need your help in deciding to buy a used 2006 FXSTB

The engine has been upgraded from stock 88B to 103"
The gearbox is still 5 speed.

2006 Specs
Primary Drive Chain, 36/25 ratio
Final Drive Belt, 32/70 ratio
Clutch 9-plate, wet
Transmission 5-speed
Overall Ratio:
1st-10.110
2nd-6.958
3rd-4.953
4th-3.862
5th-3.150
Bore x Stroke 3.75 in. x 4.00 in. (95.18 mm x 101.52 mm)
Compression Ratio 8.9:1

2007 Specs:
Primary Drive Chain, 34/46 ratio
Final Drive10 Belt, 32/66 ratio
Clutch 9-plate, wet
Transmission 6-speed Cruise Drive™
Gear Ratios (overall):
1st-9.312
2nd-6.421
3rd-4.774
4th-3.926
5th-3.279
6th-2.790
Bore x Stroke 3.75 in. x 4.38 in. (95.25 mm x 111.25 mm)
Compression Ratio 9.2:1

Will a 5 speed put to much burden on engine as there is no 6th speed available?
Will the engine keep revving at higher rpm due to lack of 6th speed?

The specs of final drive chain & primary drive belt is different between the above years so does the compression ratio, bore & stroke
Would somebody be kind enough to explain me which one is better and why do you think so?

I'm a layman when it comes to such technical jargon, so would really like some expert to educate me and i'll cherish it

Engine is going to rev higher, but it won't be an issue for you. Really I only use the 6th gear when I am out on the highway at 70+, much past that it bogs too much for my taste.

Nothing wrong with the 5 speed and with the 103" it should have long legs (depending on cam). If you dont like it you can always change out the tranny pack for a 6 speed.
