Welcome DigDeluxe!
Nice looking ride. Your wife should love it. My wife has a 2005 Deluxe. She's ridden a sportster hugger, a softail springer,my streetglide, and now her deluxe. She loves the deluxe for the comfort and ease of drivability. Seems to fit her nice.

My wife started with a Hugger as well!!! She started riding last January, took the MSF course and got her endorsement in March. She only put a few thousand on the Hugger before we traded it in. I am a little nervous for her....
Just like some other folks here, my wife has an 06 Deluxe coming; it should be delivered in March. She signed up to attend the basic riders course while we are in Texas for my son's USAF graduation. Can't wait to be back in the states, even just for 2 weeks.
Nice pictures of the Deluxe. Is that black cherry? My wife and I ride two up on my 05 Deluxe, I love the bike and we have about 6500 miles on it now. It sits during the winters in Oregon to avoid exposure to the the rain and elements.
