Hi Softail Dudes & Dudettes,
Long time no see.
I had an '07 Heritage for a couple years until a little over a year ago when I had to sell it for financial reason.
I now have an '07 Streetbob and I'm missin' my Softail! Deluxes have really been catching my eye lately and seriously considering getting one.
Being a short rider I've always had to mod my bikes including the handlebars to get them closer. On the Heritage I just had to adjust them back and it was fine.
So...all that to ask: Will pullback risers work on a Deluxe for getting the stock bars to come back as far or close to where you can adjust Heritage bars? If so, can you make the change without having to get longer wires?
I really appreciate anyone's help.
Thanks
As Benway said, the Deluxe already has pb risers. To increase the pb to the point you probably need for decent comfort, you're going to have to go to new bars and cables. You should factor that cost into your new bike purchase decision.

Does anyone know how much pullback the stock risers have on a Deluxe? Is it possible to get risers that have more pullback?
Guess I need to find one and go sit on it.
Thanks
I put heritage bars on my deluxe with a 3' straight up riser. You can put heritage bars on with the stock deluxe riser and then rotate them down to your liking. The stock deluxe bars are more like beach bars than apes.
