I saw some clear wheels in person at an Easy Rider show in Dallas probably around 8 yrs ago. They looked sweet! And I'm thinking they were around half the price of this one. But I've never saw anyone else with thin since then. But there's NO WAY I'd pay $4900.00 for one!
That's pretty wild! It says it's not available anymore. I wouldnt pay that for for it though. You really have to wonder how well something like that would hold up.
Maybe the site belongs to our dear OP and he's trying to push them huh?
seen them before , a few years ago at laughlin. they're show bike wheels. not meant for every day use, thats why the brakes are like that. not everything is meant to be useable, there is a custom market (well, there used to be!) that buys such things and 5k for a wheel isn't that out of line (maybe this wheel, but others I've seen were in that range) they were cool wheels, you'd look at them and see the other side of the wheel, couldn't tell if it was chrome and a reflection or you were looking thru it

Now that makes sense, if you can afford a show bike then u can afford $5g for some show wheels and tires to match.
Check out he name ofthe OP and then the website. Lol, I almost missed that!
I hate **** like this. OP, just tell us how it is. Don't pretend you came across something cool for our benefit.
Just tell us that you have old stock your trying to move. then maybe we won't bash your ridiculous price for a discontinued product.
