128auto,
I just ordered a set of Rush slip-ons for my 07' Softail Custom from "fuelmotousa.com" for $219.00. You can listen to the Rush mufflers @ epiflex.com, with the different sized baffles. They do sound awesome!

You might want to look at S&S. They have a new kit for about $500. This includes slip-ons and a jet kit for the carb and the traditional tear drop filter and cover. I think they claim 10 extra hp with this set up on a stock twin cambut not sure. It tells you about it on their site. Hope this helps.

I don't think acarb jet kit is not going to do much good on an 07 as they all haveEFI, no carbs anymore.

Do you know if they make a setup for the EFI systems too?

Thanks, 07 is fuel injected only. By the way, your paint job is sweet.

Default '07 exaust

I have an '07 softail custom and didn't like any slip ons out there, so (are you sitting down) I cut off my stock ones to make them a slash cut, and cut the baffle down just a little put one layer of the packing back on the baffle held it in place with a couple of hose clamps reinstalled the baffle ( it will just slide back in) and on the bottom side where the baffle slides in to the muffler drilled and tapped for a 1/4-20 bolt to hold it in and I love the sound and the looks, I also added a K& N air filter and cut away the back side of the filter houseing( but leave a portion for oil lines and support for the front half if your still with the stock filter housing. This helps balance out the airflow throught the motor due to lack of back pressure. It didn't need remapped that way, I also get better mileage.
