I am going to relocate my turn signals under the Auxiliary lamps on the front forks. I was wondering, since the turn signals are actually running lights, could I splice the Auxiliary lamp black wire to the turn signal blue wire and piggyback the Aux Lamps off the turn signals wires?

I don't think that will work. Remember that the turn signal in a single filament bulb that blinks by having the circuit broken by the blinker. I would think that your aux lights would blink if you attach them to the turn signal.
My advise is to do it the right way and tie into the aux circuit. There is an open plug under the tank right at the front. You can splice into the harness there or by thr new HD aux light pigtail which plugs right in. That is what I did.
