Moisture inside speedo
I've noticed when I first start out my speedo is clear and easy to read but after I get about 50 miles gone it starts to fog up and get moisture condensate on the inside of the glass which starts to make it difficult to read the digital display. Any thoughts on how I can get rid of the moisture that is coming out once the bike gets hot? It's kept in the garage and I never let the stealer pressure wash it so it hasn't had a good wet in like 6 months but it keeps fogging up inside.
Sounds like you have built up moisture in there. Try a hair dryer to "cook" it out. It's not a permanent solution though. It could POSSIBLY cone back. I did it years ago and it has yet to return though.
When my heritage (2004) was new and only had about 1,000 miles on it I rode on the highway in heavy rain. Mine has had the moisture problem ever since. I tried putting a bag of desicant under the dash panel but no luck. Might try the hair drier trick.
Its not unusual to get it.. more so if ridden in the rain or live in high moisture area.
Sitting outside will also do it, buy also the sun-shine usually drys it out without doing anything, which is what I do.
That way U won't over heat anything under the console, like the wiring or switches.

Living in a very humid part of Texas my last HD's speedometer fogged up from condensation and my newest one also does it. If you live in a humid climate then I think it pretty much unavoidable.

Yep. Harley couldn't afford to install a $5 venting valve that would keep the air balanced inside and out but not let in water. They would have to add $1k to the cost of the bike to do that. One of my many pet peeves about HD.
