Default handlebar riser isolation mounts?

I was watching American Thunder this A.M. and there was a infomercial by a guy who makes isolation mounts for handlebars that go into the top of the triple tree and isolate the risers from the bike. They looked like a good idea. They are only about $30. Of course, I was only paying half attention since the only thing that they spend time on during this program is Ms. Smith and her babies plus informercials so I missed what the company name is. And even more brain dead, they don't have a list of the show's advertisers on their web site.

Does anyone know who makes this, what I'm talking about, or if they work?

TIA.

Hey, thanks! I didn't realize that my stock drag bars on my NT had factory rubber bushings... sure doesn't feel like it! <g>

H-D part number 56165-03 is what I got when I changed my bars to pullback drags. It's HD's poly riser bushings for Softail, $27.96 from Chicago HD.
