Thumbs up Extended Cables Help

Hello everyone, quick question for you.

I just installed a set of the Arlen Ness 10" mini apes on the bike. And I am about to order my new lines from Magnum Shielding. I just want to make sure I am good to go on my lengths before placing the order from your experience(s).

From measuring the stock cables that are still on the bike, and looking at the distance I will need to make them fit properly etc, It looks like I need to go 4"+ over the stock lengths.

So in total, here is what I am looking at:

- Throttle & Idle Cable 4"+
- Front Brake Cable (Swivel) 4"+
- Clutch Cable 4"+

I just want to get info from those that have done similar size apes and installed new cables. From measuring, this looks like I won't have any issues with binding, tightness, rubbing etc. I just want to make sure before I pull the trigger and order the cables. Any info, pictures, or other input is greatly appreciated!

My main concern was with the clutch cable really because I want to make sure I catch that angle it needs the cable to enter the controls at and not be too tight.

Thanks in advance!

Magnum Shielding employees have a wealth of knowledge. If you give them a call, they may be able to give you spot on lengths.
