Default Fitting a new tyre

Might be a silly question..........
When i get a new front tyre fitted to the wheel, do i leave the brake rotor on for balancing or take it off.
I'm waiting for my white wall tyre from Tab and I arleady have the new wheel and rotor and will be getting the tyre fitted as soon as it arrives.
Thanks.
