So I was riding down the rode on my 03 Fatboy doing 55. The speed limit changed to 45 so I slowed down but my speedometer didn't. I slowed down even more and the speedo didn't change. Turn signals stopped working and the bike started running rough. When I got home and turned the bike off the speedo said I was still doing 55. I bought an extended warranty when I bought the bike so I took it in to have them check it out. 15 minutes later they said my bike was ready. The contacts under the key switch were corroded. They cleaned the contacts with some steel wool and it fixed the problem.
