My headlight seems to flicker on low beam on my 08 custom , changed to a plasma bulb ( which I like better ) but it still seems to flicker . Is this something to do with the light assy or what ? Anyone else have this issue ?

 

I had to replace the rubber bushings inside my deuce headlight, with ghood ol american steel nuts and bolts. I had to cut the rubber crap out , and I took a 5/16"x1" bolt and put it in from the inside bracket, placed a nut in between the inner bracket and headlight shell, and the original acorn nut on the outside. That has been 5 years ago, and never shook or came loose again. Hope that helps

 

Thats funny man , i took a trip to lowes the other day and picked up the stuff and did the same exact thing you did . No more issues now ! Thanks for the reply though
