need some help, 2005 fatboy- put the dynojet on and its throwing a check engine light, was coming on and going off seemed like when i accelerated hard etc.
removed the dynojet, starts perfectly runs well, check engine light still comes on sometimes.....then it goes out, but not as often- if im easy on the throttle it does not come on, thinking i need to reflash the ECU unit? not sure if it was flashed before, second owner, bike had VH longshots and KN filter stock air cover, now i have another exhaust, VH and a wide open KN with just a face plate. Can it be the ECU? Im not thinking a loose wire anywhere even though i did the bars and dash console was removed etc.
Any ideas?

ok so i cleared the codes and took it for a ride, light came back on P1353- front combustion chamber- i figure it had something to do with the front cylinder- i had changed the plugs and put screaming eagle wires. the wires i felt did not fit well when i put them on. Off to the shop, removed the front spark plug and checked the gap, and put die electric grease on all ends and plugs. started back up, light came on, then i played with the front wire not on the head the other end to make sure it was in snug, light went out and took it for a ride and no more lights. So......i will watch it closely and see what happens before i attempt putting the dynojet back on. Is there a way to check if the ECU has the original program in it? thanks Ted
so it came on again today and then went off and stayed off....rode for about 2 hours, got home to park it, turned it off, than started it back up to check and its ON again, after 5 seconds it goes out again, can it be bad SE wires?
thats the whole thing, new plugs new wires and it all just started after that, which i kept the old ones to put back in and check, also replaced the exhaust. i started it last week and it was fine, then changed the plugs and wires and took it out of the shop.
