No, but a guy on Craigslist is offering one for sale and he said it was hd brand with cables internally wired for 300 bucks. I didn't think they did but it wouldn't be first time I was wrong.
Yikes! No way would I ever buy handle bars from the MOCO my friend. This is something the aftermarket excels at. Think Wild 1, Burly, Roland Sands, Drag Specialties, Paughco, LA Choppers, ANYTHING BUT HARLEY!!! Even if they did have them, they would be over priced Chinese handle bars. Look for the people who specialize in handlebars, not the people who specialize in hyway robbery.
edit: I see we posted up at the same time. Used is a different story. That makes a difference when your talking price bargaining.

Add to the cost of the bars a new set of risers too. Stock Crossbones risers will not hold a set of 16" apes at all. I've got Wild 1's 16" with their risers. Like a German virgin, Gootentight.
HD DOES not make any 16" apes that are properly spaced for a Springer. You will have to get an adapter plate. By then, the money you saved buying used will be eaten up. Go through phat performance parts, I got everything for my bar swap for the RG for under 600. That included new risers bushings and brake lines for abs. Getting them for the Crossbones I think it was about the same because you have to get throttle and idle cables, on the touring bikes you don't. You have to get bars spaced specifically for the Springer front end.
Harley does NOT make Crossbones specific 16" apes.
On the other hand, the idea that Harley bars are "cheap" is also false. I have a set of H-D wide beach bars on my Crossbones and those things are the most solid and nice bars I have seen. They are thick and heavy and look amazing. I bought mine used but even new, the H-D are less than similar bars from some of the more "reputable" handle bar makers so the notion that H-D will be overpriced is also strange to me. I have a set of 16 inch springer apes (wild 1) that I got from another member and had planned to run on my Crossbones. They are nice but I wouldn't say they are any better than the Harley brand.
It's up to you what you want to believe about quality. I would just take everything here with a grain of salt when taking it into account.
