ugh...screamin eagle 204s

Well just need to vent some. End of June I decided to cam my 2007 deuce. So went in ordered se204 cams shims, and had pushrods on shelf. They call next day say that they were back ordered till. July 13. So ok.. well the week after that no word so stop in. The backorder was moved to 7/30 well yesterday I was in town.. guess what! Moved now to 8/30... just getting frustrated... actually thinking of trying to cancel the order getting my $300 back, saving the extra $1000 and getting a fuelmoto 107 kit....

Cancel the order and get the Andrews TW26's. You won't notice that much difference. I believe the Andrews comes on a tad later and calms doen a tad earlier.

I'm not sure which way I want to go. I was set of the.204s but now means have just 2-3 good months of riding yet. Thinking of holding off and doing the BB for an xtra 1000 plus if I do head work, but then my bike is only at 7k miles so idk if I should just do cams then wait another yr and do the bb

As already mentioned, there are a lot of other fish in that sea - many just as good or better than the 204 and not backordered. Cancel the order and don't look back. If you go with the 107 FM kit, you'll have your choice of the Wood 555 or 777. Both excellent cams...
