I just picked up a new Kimber yesterday bro, a TLE/RL II in stainless,
I LOVE THAT TLE!! I was planning on that one too, but I saw a pretty Raptor in the case and just had to have her. I got about 500 rds thru her (meaning the gun ) and she drives tacks now. My girls gonna buy me a LeRue AR for my birthday. Can't wait!!! Gotta say, she's pretty handy with the steel too. But she wants to ceracoat hers pink! Hahaha!! Don't ever want to be shot with a pink bedazzled gun, for sure. Ride safe, brotha!! Lemme know if ur ever out this way!!!!
Sup homies...road the **** out of mine this winter and spring. Put 5k on her between Dec and June. Now Ive got a new girl who has a toddler and is new to Colorado and no babysitters so Ive not been riding much at all. That and its been mid to upper 90's for 30 days straight. Got the new 120 spoke 21 on a few months ago and she handles like a dream. So all y'all who say the 21 is dangerous, well you just aint ridden one. Maybe its the Metzler outperforming the Dunlop, but she corners pretty damn good and low speed manuevering isnt any more difficult that it was with the 16. I am so ready for a road trip. Watching all the bikes heading north on I25 this last week heading to Sturgis was killing me.
Haven't been putting as many miles on as I would like, but putting quite a few on anyhow. Hate to ride to work because Detroit roads are so bad, they'll beat you down quicker than the crackheads. Working my dick into the dirt, and trying to get family time in as well as fishing and practicing for bow season (I'm a longbow guy myself) so there isn't too much time in the day. I do however find time to squeeze in time for a few Crown and coke's in the mix, never could get a taste for Jack. Knobb Creek isn't too bad either.
Gotta tell ya, if your life is half as entertaining as your posts SoCal, I want to hang with you for a week. Don't think the wife will care for it though.
Tbone's been getting Tbone'd at work. I have just gone over 1200 miles this entire summer so far. Work, work and more work. It's a drag but it allows me the toys I have plus I want to pull the trigger and retire next year so I am stashing all the green I can and trying to get all the toys paid off before I pull the plug. I may have not put down allot of miles but the miles I have put down have been damn sweet, party like a young stud, gettin some and yea, some honey jack! 2's the limit when I am riding but I have had to have friends go get my trailer and get me home on more then just a few occasions so far. I rode it home.... on the back of my trailer Friday night, what a hoot that was!!! live life fast and full and don't leave nothin on the table when its all said and done. We all get 1 shot at life and there ain't no 2nd chances, no going back, no do over's.
What's up pooch, good to hear your still rubbing her with a diaper every night...startingstarting to cool off here so back to leather soon. Riding as much as i can after the kid gets hers...always wish it it was more. What are you lining up for mods this winter? You still thinking paint?
Things are going good, but man what a busy summer. Not getting as much riding as I hoped. Went to my first bike show had a good time, and watched a guy with a stock fat boy take 3rd place over a bunch of other nice bikes. That was a good laugh. Anyway off today on my last real ride of the season. Heading down to P town, end off Cape Cod
Pooch, what's up? Just living the dream in the dog days of summer down here! haha Been busy stockpiling up for the zombies and riding a little.
Vic, the sled is looking killer!
Josh, happy belated birthday brother! Tippin one for you!
My Cali boys, I'll be out in LA/Hollywood Sept 10-14 and would like to link up if anyone is around considering it's during the work week. Unfortunately this trip me and the OL will be flying out, but I might rent a bike if she can ride. She's having surgery two weeks before so we're not sure if she'll be up for riding. Hitting up the DMB concert Wednesday night at the Hollywood Bowl and a Dodgers game Thursday night, but other than we don't have anything planned yet. Sucks I'll have to fly out helmets, just in case! lol
