I went back to an earlier dealer and picked up an '09 FLSTC with 9450 miles on it. It's red and gold. It has V&H BSL pipes, Harley LED tail and turn lights, engine guard with pegs, windshield bag, quick release for the backrest and bags, ISO-grips, Lo-Jack, and maybe a little more I'm not thinking of yet. I also got 1 year extended warranty and the basic rider course included for $15,240 OTD. I feel like I got a fair deal on the bike. I won't be picking it up until the end of next week, after I finish the riders course and get the insurance credit for it.
