Thats a sweet ride, I've been thinking of doing a bagger on my softail. What I couldn't do with 10K....

I have a 07 softail custom, can I buy the extra front end pieces to fit on my bike? like the chrome fork covers and headlight assembly? Like Dub87's....

I would imagine it is because he likes the way it looks. (and in my eyes ~ it looks good)
and I would add

Why Raked out bikes in the 70's
Why changed handlebars
Why changed wheels
Why used old Ford lights

It is all about individuality, the true sense of Motorcycling and maybe the general essence of North America is appreciation of individuality.

Yes, there are fads (remember 300 wide tire kits) they come , they go , they come back again (springers , extended forks, metalflake) ..

We just enjoy it I guess, one quarter mile at a time .

Seriously! It doesn't seem like $10k would get you that far either unless you can do all the work yourself.

I can't wait for my wheels to arrive.
