Enjoying all these '12 Softail Slim pics, and missing the hell out of mine. It's been in the shop for 2 weeks trying to diagnose a high idle problem. Was heading home on a blistering 110 degree day early this month, pulled over to make a phone call, so I shut off the bike. Ever since, it has idled inconsistently, and most notably stuck at high idle. Has anyone heard of this issue with the new 103 engines? I'm new to them after 14 years on a '97 Fatboy I sold last year. I almost miss the old choke........for all this fancy electronic stuff!

Works well for me, it's an 18" and I'm 5'10", and I can just see over it. There's plenty of room for a bag.

Hopefully it will still be there in a week or so's time when I go to pick up my Slim. I know they were waiting for a set of custom made brown leather, WLA style, detachable saddle bags to be delivered for it, so hopefully it will still be there when I go back, and I'll take photos.

I'll be the same to mine as well (probably not till after the winter now though) as I've seen two Slim's here in the UK with the blacked out front end kit fitted and it looks so much better.

Default 2013 Softail Slim With Vanc and Hines 2 to 1
Just got it yesterday for my Birthday. Drove my first HD home from El Paso TX to Las Cruces in the midst of 6 oclock traffic! Not good!
