Hate to say what's already been said but....DANG! Nice take on striping incorporating the ladies into them. Dude, wait...is that copper leaf on the rear tip!? Or paint?
Man, that's outstanding work. Certainly a very cool twist as opposed to standard pin-striping. Very artistic and looks great. Just when you think there's no room for improvement ...
Thanks for all the nods and compliments! Much appreciated.

Sometime we make compromises with our spouses.......no tatoos on my body and no women painted on my bike. I can dream can't I! I wonder if I had her painted on my bike would it be OK, but that wouldn't be any fun!
Heh. If I have to fork out 5,000 yen (over 60 bucks) a month to store my bike at the dealer because my wife's cats, which she brought home w/o telling me, would otherwise use my bike as their personal scratching/pissing post, I don't think she gets to have any say what I put on my bike. Ironically, the idea comes from her referring to my ride as my "girlfriend". She doesn't get her panties in a twist over stuff like that, anyway. As long as I don't have a real flesh and blood girlfriend, she could care less...

Good eye, dude! The copper leaf is used throughout, including on the tank accent, while the lettering in "Lolita" is gold leaf.

The girls being worked into the pinstriping was not my idea, nor the painter's. I actually ripped the idea off from a picture that Drew (Dr.Vtwin) posted awhile back on another pinstriping thread:
I told the painter to make the faces cuter, tho, and render the rest in his own way. My original plan was to have him paint them on opposing sides of the tank, but he said he would've had to scale them down quite a bit to fit there and that my wide-*** fender was more conducive to that kind of work. He pulled a few surprises, but overall I'm very pleased with how it turned out.

Well it sure came out great, and yours look much better than the above pic. Big time kudos to you
