Just added 1550 kit (cam, pistons, heads) what a difference - added a PCIII with map from Dynotune and bike runs awesome - I will have a custom map added after the break-in period on the upgrade.
I'm in the process of trying to get my pic's reloaded. I put a 204 cam in with Hard Krome 2.5 shorties and K&N air filter. Local Harley tech did my work on the side (cost savings). I would highly recommend this upgrade to anyone that wants the xtra HP and torque.

Mine's in the shop for the same upgrade. I went with the Andrew 26g Cam instead of the 302's and the SERT. I sould get my bike back by the end of the week.I'm chomping at the bit to test out the upgrade. I had shoulder surgery last week and doctor said not to ride for 6 weeks. What does he know?
Hey guys, have 03 Night train EFI that I'm looking to put in Big Bore Stage I kit(1550). Question is what else do I need to go with the kit?? Right now I have arlen ness stage 1 big sucker with rev tech dfo and sampson rips saws withtorque cones. I dont know much aboutwhich cam to go with or if I need head work??? I'm looking to keep the bike stable with some good gains without making it to radical.

You will definately want some cams if you want to see noticable improvements. Two popular options are SE204's or Andrews 26g. Head work should reallybe done at this point to complete the job.I opted no to get the head done and regret it. Now I will need to pay the additionallabor.
I'm the process of having a build constructed as well. Found out I will not need new heads, becuase 06 has great heads, just need to be bored. Going with the Andrews 37g's and somebodies flat top pistons. Probably will change to gear shift cams as well.
