Default Slim turn signal mod

I have started to relocate the turn signals from under the bars, down next to the headlight. I am waiting to get the hollow bolts in. These are the only pics I have so far...
These are the chrome strips that the factory signals will bolt to.

This is the pilot hole in the housing behind the trim strips that are being drilled out to clear the bolt head. Using a 9/16" rotabroach.

Put a small grommet to plug the original wiring hole.

Do you have any clearance issues ? It looks like they could hit the tank.

Thanks, I will powder coat them once I get the funds to black out the front end.
